About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and executing deals in the Debt Capital Markets and Equity Capital Markets.

You will perform fundamental, financial, and credit analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and develop high-quality pitch books to present to clients.

Additionally, you will monitor market data and events, providing regular market updates and pricing information to clients. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders and deal team members to ensure smooth execution from mandate to deal closing.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (strong academic performance)
  • CMFAS 4A (Advisory on Corporate Finance)
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets and/or Equity Capital Markets
  • Strong knowledge in accounting and credit fundamentals, financial modeling
  • Commercial awareness and genuine interest in financial markets
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take initiative
  • Professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deals, and meet tight deadlines
