Global Markets Strategy and Operations Associate

Key Job Description:

This role is part of the Global Markets division, supporting key initiatives and ensuring smooth operations across businesses and regions.

The Associate will work closely with senior leadership and teams to execute daily management tasks, facilitate meetings and events, and provide timely communications.

  • Support the day-to-day management of the Global Markets office
  • Coordinate meetings, executive committees, offsites, and other events
  • Facilitate effective communication among leadership levels
  • Identify, analyze, and monitor issues impacting GM management effectiveness
  • Track project progress, coordinate with global teams, and prepare communication materials
  • Work with Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and businesses to enhance the Global Markets Division's profile internally and externally
  • Assist in management presentations, business plans, reviews, and external engagements
Requirements:

This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in Communications, Corporate Strategy, or Public Policy, with at least 3 years in financial services, media, or consulting. The ideal candidate should have strong Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills, be organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. Experience in writing reports, notes, and documentation is essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess a high level of confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information.

The ideal candidate should also have a strong interest in the Capital Markets industry, including market trends, dynamics, and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
