Facade Inspector

Arup is seeking a skilled Facade Inspector to join our team. As a Facade Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our buildings.

• Conduct thorough inspections of building facades to identify potential issues and defects.
• Diagnose problems and develop effective solutions to ensure the integrity of the building envelope.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports to document findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facade inspection and maintenance.

• Polytechnic diploma in buildings or related field with relevant experience in facade and construction.
• Rope access training with IRATA certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in facade inspection from BCA are a plus.
