Job Overview

The Offshore Operations Manager will oversee the efficient and safe management of offshore energy projects. This role requires effective leadership of offshore teams, coordination of logistics, performance monitoring, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and strong communication with stakeholders. The position also involves strategic planning, reporting, and driving continuous operational improvements.

Main Responsibilities

The Offshore Operations Manager will be responsible for
  • Leading offshore teams and coordinating their activities.
  • Maintaining a high level of compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ensuring that offshore operations are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Providing regular reports on project progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications

To be successful as an Offshore Operations Manager, you should have:
