We are seeking a strategic procurement leader to drive our procurement processes and initiatives across power systems and communication technologies.

This role requires a professional who can develop, interpret, and negotiate complex deals with a strong grasp of total cost of ownership (TCO) and value-based procurement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing sourcing strategies and category plans, managing end-to-end procurement, and partnering with business units to understand requirements and influence sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of sourcing strategies and category plans for Power and Communications Systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
  • Manage the procurement of hardware, software, and services, ensuring compliance, performance, and strategic improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, influence sourcing decisions, and drive alignment in tenders and contracts.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, performance, and strategic improvements.
  • Monitor procurement outcomes, establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Power/Communication Engineering or procurement/sourcing role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training and development opportunities will be provided.
Skills
  • Technical skills include: Skilled in developing, interpreting, and negotiating complex deals with a strong grasp of total cost of ownership (TCO) and value-based procurement.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, innovations, and regulations is an advantage.
