The ideal candidate will have in-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities
  • Monitor and control workers' deployment on-site
  • Maintain site access throughout the construction period
  • Control and monitor work progress and resources
  • Prevent material wastage and ensure timely completion of works
  • Monitor Project's cost and take proactive measures to prevent overruns
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management

Requirements:

The candidate should have five years of working experience in the construction industry, degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, be an independent, diligent, meticulous, and highly motivated individual with excellent team spirit.
