Client Services Specialist

This role focuses on providing high-quality client services in a retail and office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and safety by maintaining a tidy workspace, including vacuuming floors, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting commonly touched areas.
  • Conduct glass and mirror maintenance tasks to ensure clarity and a neat appearance, removing marks, fingerprints, smudges, or dirt as required.
  • Manage waste effectively by emptying trash bins in designated areas, replacing liners when necessary, and disposing of waste properly according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain floor cleanliness by vacuuming high-traffic zones, including retail floors, hallways, and office spaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs to relevant parties.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and inventory management is an advantage but not essential.
