We are seeking an experienced Lead Researcher in Public Health Innovation to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to lead cutting-edge research projects, develop strategic plans, and build collaborative relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
">- Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing research protocols to meet project objectives;
- Managing research teams, providing guidance, and ensuring timely delivery of results;
- Conducting comprehensive literature reviews and systematic analyses to inform research decisions;
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, partners, and other stakeholders to drive research innovation;
- Mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and expertise;
- Preparing scientific manuscripts and disseminating study findings to relevant audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education
A PhD in Public Health or Health Services Research is required. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in research methodology, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
- Experience
The successful candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in clinical/public health/health services research, preferably with a track record of leadership. Experience in driving cohesive research teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.
- Skills
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in standard statistical software (e.g., STATA, SPSS) and qualitative software (e.g., NVivo) is required.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
