Compliance Data Analyst Role

This position plays a key role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The successful candidate will lead analytical efforts to monitor transactional patterns, optimize operational workflows, and support global compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing data analytics team to build models and visualizations that support compliance and risk-related objectives.
  • Partner with compliance departments to prioritize analytical use cases and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Interpret and analyze large-scale transactional and operational data using open-source and proprietary tools.
  • Develop and manage data visualization dashboards and tools to enhance regulatory reporting and internal monitoring.
  • Own and fulfill stakeholder data requests, translating complex data into actionable strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in finance, compliance, or trading environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
  • Strong experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, R.
  • Skilled with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Hive, Redshift.
