Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading of Goods: Ensure the safe receipt, retrieval, and dispatching of goods according to delivery orders.
  • Customer Service: Establish and maintain excellent customer service during delivery, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to internal standard operating procedures during delivery, prioritizing the safety of goods and customers.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any issues or problems encountered during day-to-day operations to immediate supervisors.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak and write in Basic English, with the capacity to read addresses and postal codes.
  • Driving Experience: Possession of a Class 3 License with at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift objects, as parcels may need to be carried.
  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week, with varying schedules each week, including weekends.
  • Compensation: $1900 basic pay, plus $1.20 per parcel from the 51st parcel onwards, and a petrol allowance of $700 per month.
