Job Summary

Farrer Park Hospital PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a critical care nurse specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a tertiary hospital. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of emergency nursing and triage procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and organizational guidelines to improve patient outcomes and ensure staff safety.
  • Perform triage according to the Singapore 4-points Patient Acuity Category Scale (PACs) and determine the clinical urgency of patients.
  • Participate in action plans to enhance employee engagement and performance within the department.
  • Contribute to departmental/hospital projects related to quality improvement and other initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
  • Advanced Diploma or Post-basic qualification in Emergency Nursing or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a tertiary hospital.
  • A meticulous and analytical team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to perform rotating shifts.
