Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our business development team as a Business Development Representative - Enterprise Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with medium to large corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities with medium to large corporations through various sales channels including telemarketing, social media, and digital marketing.
  • To contribute to the development of marketing activities that generate qualified sales leads and publicity for IQ Dynamics's products and services.
  • To share market insights and thoughts with the marketing team to support sourcing of new business opportunities.
  • To assist in the pre-qualification of enquiries, preparation of proposals, and diligent follow-ups.
  • To learn and perform solution showcases to prospective clients to share product capabilities through product demonstrations.
  • To drive the closure of deals through solution selling with clear and compelling value propositions.
  • To build and develop long-term partnerships with clients and business partners.
  • To prepare sales forecasts and report to the Sales Director regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills with good presentation and writing skills.
  • Highly motivated, outgoing, and upbeat phone skills with a strong desire to speak with people.
  • A positive mindset and a keen learner, with a willingness to undergo training.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT solution selling, although entry-level candidates with strong motivation and good attitudes may be considered.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT would be an advantage.
