You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting insurance policies to understand coverage and reimbursement guidelines. This is a highly skilled role that requires detail-oriented individuals with expertise in coding regulations.

As a Medical Coding Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with coding and billing teams to address claim denials based on insurance policies and analyzing denial reasons to develop strategies for overturning denials through policy interpretation and documentation clarification.

This position involves staying updated on changes in coding regulations and insurance policies to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement. Participation in training sessions and continuous education programs to enhance your coding and auditing skills will be expected.

Maintaining accurate records of audits for reporting and analysis purposes is an essential part of this role. Specializing in ENM, Pain Management, and Anesthesia will be advantageous.

You must hold a CPC Certification, possess a graduation degree, and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Experience in team management will be a plus. Your shift timings will be in the morning from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and you will be required to work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.

The work location is at Plot No: I-48, Sector 83, Alpha IT City, Mohali.

  • Hold a CPC Certification
  • Possess a graduation degree
