We are seeking a highly skilled osteopath to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of musculoskeletal disorders using a range of osteopathic techniques, including myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, cranial-sacral therapy, and high-velocity, low-amplitude (HVLA) manipulations.
- Develop tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans that cater to each patient's unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.
- Collaborate closely with chiropractors and other therapists to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
- Provide patients with comprehensive education on postural habits, injury prevention, ergonomic practices, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in accordance with relevant standards.
- Participate in regular case reviews, wellness workshops, and patient education events to enhance professional development and stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Up hold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional conduct in all interactions with patients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in holistic musculoskeletal care and be passionate about working collaboratively with our diverse team.
Requirements:- Hold a recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Osteopathy from an accredited institution.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in private practice or integrative wellness settings, preferably.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both structural and functional osteopathic techniques.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach.
- Be comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Be registered with the relevant osteopathy board in their home country (if foreign-trained).
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or rotating shifts, as required.
- Experience treating chronic pain, postural dysfunction, sports injuries, and pre/post-natal clients.
- Familiarity with patient education, ergonomic training, or wellness coaching.
- Bilingualism in English and Mandarin, or another local language, is an asset.
