Job Title:
Kitchen Team Member

The role of a Kitchen Team Member is to support the Cook in preparing all meals, maintaining cleanliness, and performing other tasks as required. This position involves working with a team to ensure high-quality food service for residents.


To succeed in this position, you should be cooperative, have a positive attitude towards learning, and be able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Cook in preparation of all meals
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Sweep and clean the kitchen floor
  • Wash and clean all cooking utensils after every meal
  • Prepare and serve ready meals for residents when required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Primary/Scondary School/GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Possess a current basic food hygiene certificate would be an advantage
  • Have a motivated attitude to learn
  • Be cooperative and helpful with other team members
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays
