Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong business analysis skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities:- To elicit overall project business requirements from stakeholders.
- To drive business discussions and manage project scope effectively.
- To provide senior stakeholder management and leadership updates.
- To support project delivery phases, particularly during Analysis and Design and Test phases.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Banking industry as a Senior Functional Business Analyst.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and programs.
- Strong business analysis skills to capture and document user requirements and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Ability to understand AI/ML and exposure to products from Tookitaki and/or Quantexa is highly desirable.
