We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team as a skilled tradesperson. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering services that meet the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quotations to clients on job costs, ensuring transparency in pricing and fostering trust.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to develop project plans, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
• Inspect and prepare surfaces for plastering, ensuring they are clean and free from defects.
• Select and apply appropriate plastering materials based on site conditions, surface type, and durability requirements.
• Protect non-plastering surfaces using suitable materials to prevent damage and contamination.
• Apply different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces, achieving uniformity and quality.
• Repair and fix previous plastering work when necessary, addressing defects and imperfections.
• Report any structural issues to the site foreman, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
• Prepare mortar, plasters, and other finishes according to recipes and specifications.
• Consult with other contractors to ensure project deadlines are met timeously, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
