You will be joining a ground-breaking FMCG venture that focuses on Food and Beverages as a Co-Founder.
In this role, you have the chance to build a consumer-facing brand from scratch, with complete operational leadership and decision-making authority.
Your key responsibilities will include setting up production facilities, managing supply chains and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as FSSAI, packaging, and documentation.
Collaboration on product development and go-to-market strategies, optimization of manufacturing processes and quality control, as well as contributing to strategic decisions as a founding leader are also part of your role.
Our ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in food and beverages, with a strong understanding of logistics, vendor operations, and documentation.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about startups, self-driven, and fully committed to driving the journey forward.
In return, you will receive the title of Co-Founder with strategic leadership responsibilities, equity, and profit-sharing based on performance.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a scalable and disruptive brand in the FMCG sector.
Key qualifications for this position include experience in the FMCG industry, a strong understanding of logistics, vendor operations, and documentation.
