Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Air-Conditioning Project Professional to lead high-profile projects, delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Air-Conditioning project design, build, and maintenance for various types of buildings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ACMV project management, with a strong understanding of cleanroom and bio-lab projects.
  • Excellent documentation skills, ensuring all work meets contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to identify and resolve remedial requirements on complex systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent field;
  • Proven experience in Air-Conditioning/Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services project and maintenance work.
  • Proficiency in both industrial and commercial air-cons.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
