We are seeking a seasoned solutions architect to drive growth and innovation across the region.
This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that meet the core needs of our partners, including enablement, market development, sales, and delivery.
- Hire, enable, and scale a team of partner solution architects to develop a winning culture.
- Develop scalable programs to grow Databricks competency at Cloud & Consulting partners.
- Design and implement programs to address market development, pre-sales, and post-sales requirements of partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to achieve business outcomes and understand Databricks technology and value proposition.
- Become an advocate for partners across key Databricks stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing a team of data & AI consultants/solutions architects across regions.
- Strong understanding of big data market and Databricks differentiators.
- Experience in hiring and scaling teams.
- Proven track record of developing partner ecosystems.
- Cross-functional leadership skills, including collaboration with alliance business development teams, field sales teams, professional services teams, and enablement teams.
- Ability to launch partner support and enablement programs.
