Lead Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Leader to drive strategic growth and customer satisfaction across our APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement customer success frameworks, strategies, and initiatives that align with our company goals.
As a seasoned professional in customer success, you will have prior experience in managing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. Your expertise in B2B SaaS industry, technology adoption, and people management will be invaluable assets in this role.

About the Role- Develop and Implement Customer Success Strategies: Create and execute customer success plans that drive retention, expansion, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Manage and mentor a talented team of customer success professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they excel in their roles.
- Drive Business Growth: Analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in customer success leadership, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong expertise in technology adoption, people management, and project management.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
