Key Role:

We seek an experienced Delivery Specialist to oversee vehicle delivery operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and B2B coordination, with expertise in implementing efficient delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practices for vehicle delivery in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery records by updating CRM systems regularly.
  • Manage documentation and prerequisites for vehicle registration.
  • Coordinate pre-delivery and delivery paperwork with Sales and Operations teams.
  • Prepare customer loan and registration documents to support successful delivery appointments.
  • Host delivery appointments and conduct tailored new owner orientations.
  • Maintain compliance through accurate record keeping and form generation.
  • Support the Sales Manager in delivery center operations and customer service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry / supply chain coordination / B2B coordination
  • Valid Class 3 driving license required
