Sales Process Improvement Specialist

A Strategic Sales Optimization Expert is sought to enhance commercial decision-making and improve sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Strategy Development
- Develop top-line and bottom-line metrics to guide commercial strategies
- Identify volume-mix shifts, optimize product mix, and improve margin contribution
- Conduct scenario modeling for contract renewals and pricing strategies
- Oversee spend and pricing strategies; ensure compliance with Tender SOP
- Partner with finance and commercial teams to align planning with sales objectives
- Sales Process Enhancement & Optimisation
- Implement and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Prepare reports tracking project KPIs, milestones, and outcomes
- Support rollout and adoption of new tools, systems, and SOPs
- Conduct user training and onboarding sessions for sales teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams for system enhancements and UAT
- Strategic Support & Initiatives
- Support presentations, negotiations, and projects with ad-hoc analysis
- Deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Data Analytics
- 3–5 years' experience in Commercial Excellence, Financial Analysis, or related roles (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP
- Experience in growth-stage or startup environments is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional, data-driven environment
