Duties Include:

  • Manage all bookkeeping functions
  • Responsible for payables
  • Responsible for all accounts receivable
  • New job set up and closing in QuickBooks, as needed
  • Responsible for banking transactions, including reconciliation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis
  • Compile reconciliations analysis for Balance Sheet items
  • Prepare reports for owners and accountant
  • Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations
  • Cash flow reports - actuals and projected
  • Check budget vs actuals and prepare variance analysis

Requirements:

  • 5 years full-charge bookkeeping experience
  • Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • F&B and/or retail accounting experience
  • Experience with MS Office applications, including Excel
  • Very detailed-oriented, organized, able to work independently and meet stringent deadlines with minimal supervision
