About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Manager Position to join our team at EVO Outsourcing Solutions Pte. Ltd.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing RFP, RFQ and RFI, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan and manage assigned projects within the business group, in accordance with organizational and project goals.
- Act as the single point of contact for entire scope of activities for company designated IT outsourcing account.
- Adapt and implement company project methodologies, processes, documentation, tools and measurements in relation to project management.
- Create project specifications, schedules as well as planning and securing of resource requirements.
- Provide progress updates on assigned tasks for all projects in the weekly project meetings.
- Ensure that projects performed are in compliance with Company's ISO quality standards and project management's model.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or its equivalent.
- At least 10 years of related experience in IT Infrastructure System Integration (SI) industry, specifically in project management of medium to large projects.
- Possess experience in managing RFP, RFQ and RFI.
