Job Description:

Vanguard International Semiconductor Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze SPC charts using SPACE and ensure compliance with PR rules and indices.
  • Monitor critical SPC charts daily and perform process window studies to reduce OOC and improve CPK.
  • Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE, and create SPC charts, DCOP, and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
  • Upload recipes, check recipe content compliance using RMS, and follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec updates with ECN.
  • Setup and troubleshoot in recipes/job files in all metrology tools within the Module and follow up on passdown to troubleshoot process issues.
  • Startup and qualify new processes and equipment within scheduled timelines, working closely with the Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance.
  • Reduce process constraints to provide Mfg with more flexibility and perform process matching between equipment to reduce variation.
  • Participate in CIP programs to optimize process windows, cost, yield, and productivity, and work as a team with Equipment and Mfg Engineers to meet Module objectives.
  • Represent the Module in cross-functional task teams to address yield improvement/excursion issues and follow up with cross-fab benchmarking activities.
  • Self-audit and update specifications/documentation to meet TS16949 Quality Standard requirements and follow good housekeeping and safety rules in the office and FAB.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Chemical Process/Chemistry/Physics.
  • Min 3 years of relevant work experience in Etch Process.
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
  • Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity with strong leadership attributes to lead and coach a team.
  • Highly committed with good ownership and accountability.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
