Job Description

The Guest Services Supervisor will oversee the lobby operation, ensuring that guests are handled quickly and efficiently in all their needs. This includes monitoring guest satisfaction, service standards, security, employee activity, and physical defects with a focus on front office operations.

The successful candidate will also coordinate with other departments to maintain front office functions properly, address any defects, and ensure departmental standards, policies, and procedures are upheld.

  • Lead a team to respond to guest complaints, special requests, and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
  • Update incident reports for any critical incidents such as staff or guest injury and damage to hotel properties.
  • Attend to guests' enquiries, problems, and complaints promptly, efficiently, and courteously to the satisfaction of guests and interest of the Hotel.
  • Check and ensure that the Front Office and public areas are clean, in-order, and all operating equipment are in good working order.

Additionally, the Guest Services Supervisor will conduct regular checks to ensure the neat appearance of all Front Office team members.
