Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to fill this critical role.
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders based on customer requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely order delivery
- Load and unload goods, inspect incoming merchandise and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure quality control measures are in place for receiving and delivery operations
- Effectively communicate with sales team and drivers
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Main Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely order delivery
- Loading and unloading goods, inspecting incoming merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Ensuring quality control measures are in place for receiving and delivery operations
- Effectively communicating with the sales team and drivers
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum 'O' level or 'N' level qualification
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to support overtime as needed
- Physical fitness, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 15kg of goods
- Diligence and the ability to work independently
