We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Job Summary:The Healthcare Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team. This includes preparing equipment and treatment rooms, liaising between clients, therapists, and other departments, documenting client responses to treatment, and updating client files.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare equipment and treatment rooms for clients;
- Liaise with clients, therapists, and other departments to ensure seamless communication;
- Document client responses to treatment and update client files accordingly;
- Perform basic prescribed treatments as instructed by healthcare professionals;
- Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas, as well as change linen;
- Perform administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments;
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in a healthcare environment. Proficiency in office software, such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also essential. Additionally, you will need to possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
