About the Role

We are seeking an expert in Artificial Intelligence Engineering to facilitate the adoption of AI products among clients and collaborate with them to address complex technical challenges.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will apply your problem-solving skills, creativity, and technical expertise to help organizations harness the power of AI to drive real impact in the world. You will have the opportunity to gain rare insight into and contribute to some of the most important industries and institutions globally.

  • Onboard clients on our AI products, providing guidance on deployment and integration, and ensuring the best production setup from the low-level GPU stack up to infrastructure, back-end and front-end interfaces.
  • Work on deploying state-of-the-art AI applications from consumer products to industrial use cases, driving a crucial technological transformation with our clients.
  • Collaborate with our researchers, other AI engineers, and product engineers on our most complex client projects involving deployment, scaling, and contributing to our open-source codebases for tasks such as inference and fine-tuning.
  • Participate in pre-sales calls to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and aspirations, providing technical guidance on our products and explaining our technologies to various stakeholders.

About You

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role is necessary.
  • Experience with deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments is essential.
  • Proficiency in Python is required.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools is essential.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure is required.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
