About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced massage therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences to our clients. As a Professional Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional spa massages, advising customers on treatment benefits, maintaining cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, handling customer queries, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent professional spa massages in accordance with spa standards.
  • Advise customers on the benefits of treatments performed, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, including setting up and preparing workstations.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely, providing a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents related to customer interactions and spa operations.
Requirements
  • Possess ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification.
  • Be flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and after office hours.
  • Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach with a pleasant personality.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
