Leading Quality Expert

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality management activities. This role will oversee supplier quality management, collaborate with design and engineering teams, develop and enforce quality control processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Role- Lead supplier quality management activities, including regular audits, evaluations, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to embed quality requirements into product development.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce quality control processes throughout the manufacturing supply chain.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
- Experience in quality assurance for consumer electronics or toys.
- Strong background in supplier quality management and manufacturing processes.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or equivalent systems.
- Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and related quality planning tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Remote working with a minimum of once a week on-site presence.
