About the Role:

WINGS Therapy and Learning Center, a leading intensive therapy center in Singapore for children with special needs, seeks an experienced Accounts and HR Assistant to join our team.

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both financial and HR functions, supporting the smooth operation of services that positively impact children's lives and their families.

As an Accounts and HR Assistant, you will handle daily financial tasks, assist with employee management processes, and maintain accurate records. If you are passionate about making a difference in a meaningful industry, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Support: Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, data entry, bank reconciliations, process invoices, payments, and receipts, and assist with monthly financial reports and tracking of budgets related to therapy programs and operational costs.
  • HR Administration: Assist with payroll processing, ensure accurate calculation of salaries, claims, and benefits; maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave applications, and certifications; support onboarding processes by preparing employee documentation and coordinating orientation for new hires.
  • Recruitment and Team Support: Help coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates; assist in maintaining a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations; assist with the preparation of HR documents, including contracts, letters, and performance review materials.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for administrative needs; provide general support to the finance and HR teams with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources preferred.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided. A basic understanding of accounting and HR principles is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting or payroll software is an advantage.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
