Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and hazards, and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the Site Supervisor to develop and implement project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are delivered on time.
  • Assist in the preparation of risk assessments and other documentation required for project management.
  • Provide support to the Site Supervisor in resolving site challenges and issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with experience in project management software an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • English and Mandarin language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with sub-contractors and suppliers.
