Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring that products are stored properly.
  3. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a retail or pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
