About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engine Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mechanical overhauling, reconditioning and repairs of 4-stroke and 2-stroke engine parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and repair faulty engine components, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Interpret technical drawings and documents to determine appropriate repair parts and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure timesheets are submitted on time.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve conflicts and improve performance.
RequirementsTechnical Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in reconditioning and overhaul of 4-stroke engine components including fuel systems.
  • Knowledge of high speed engines and familiarity with maritime industry practices.
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate self-discipline and punctuality.
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
