About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team at a leading dermatology clinic in Singapore. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice to customers on skincare and beauty products, answering questions and offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers on skincare and beauty products
  • Answer questions and offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
  • Ensure that products are well-organized, stocked, and displayed in a visually appealing manner
  • Build relationships with customers and follow up on purchases to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma and above in a relevant field (e.g., beauty therapy, cosmetics)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the beauty/skincare retail industry
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
