Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our research team and contribute to the development of innovative audio products. As a researcher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing algorithms that improve the performance and functionality of our bone conduction headsets. Your work will involve exploring real user needs, researching algorithmic prototypes, implementing algorithmic solutions, and designing algorithmic applications for our products.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing algorithms for acoustic devices and hearing aids, including front-end processing and sound effects, voice enhancement, active noise reduction, and auditory scene analysis
  • Implementing algorithms on hardware platforms to improve their function, performance, and reliability
  • Applying algorithms in products to enhance their advantages and user experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or PhD degree in acoustics, audiology, electrical engineering, electronic information, microelectronics, electronic information engineering, electrical engineering and automation, electronic science and technology, optoelectronic information science and engineering, signal and information processing
  • Clear logic and good analytical skills, with the ability to quickly track the latest global scientific research results and inspire innovation
  • A passion for scientific research and a commitment to marketizing scientific research results
  • Experience in signal processing, mathematical modeling competitions, acoustics projects is preferred
