**Job Title:** Graphics Designer

Job Description

Are you passionate about food design and creative storytelling? We're looking for a talented individual who can bring our brand to life through captivating visuals, from packaging to social media campaigns.

In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative designs that drive engagement and sales. Your expertise in graphic design, typography, and layout will ensure our branding is consistent across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop packaging solutions aligned with brand direction and product launches
  • Create compelling graphics, layouts, and production-ready assets for various communication materials
  • Ensure high design quality and accuracy across all materials
  • Lead and manage your design projects from concept to final output
  • Stay updated on packaging and labelling trends, especially in the food industry
  • Work cross-functionally with business and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns across platforms (social media, web, email, online stores, influencer collabs, etc.)
  • Support brand storytelling through recipe visuals, social content, and presentation materials
  • Help ensure compliance with labelling regulations for local and export markets
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key requirements include:

  • Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant design experience (packaging or food industry is a plus)
  • Creative eye and strong attention to detail, especially in typography and layout
  • Proactive and positive team player who can also work independently
  • Curious and resourceful, able to explore creative solutions even with minimal guidance
  • Willing to learn and adapt to food labelling requirements and design trends
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus
  • Experience in food styling, photography, or multimedia design is a plus
