Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Service Tech Lead to join our AWS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, leading a team, and ensuring the safe operation of our data centers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for the operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art critical infrastructure facilities.
  • Develop site-specific documents, including maintenance checklists, emergency operating procedures, standard operating procedures, and request approvals.
  • Prepare service reports for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with established standards, procedures, and local legislation.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in electrical & electronics, mechanical, building services, facilities management, or a related engineering discipline. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
