Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Assistant to join our team at MEDIMEX SINGAPORE PTE LTD. As a Part Time Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Labelling and Packaging: Accurately label and package goods, requiring good dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Packing and Picking: Pack and pick goods for delivery, ensuring accurate checking of expiry dates and batch numbers, and requiring reasonable good eyesight and ability to read and understand simple English and Chinese.
  • Receiving and Transferring: Receive and transfer goods from pallets to trolleys and vehicles, requiring physical strength to carry goods of less than 15 kg.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, able to converse in simple English and Mandarin.
  • Preparation and Packing: Prepare and pack goods for courier and SingPost delivery, requiring the ability to write neatly and accurately.
  • Data Entry and Processing: Enter and process delivery orders, able to type in reasonable good speed and familiar with computer and printer operation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative, sales, and marketing support, requiring basic Microsoft office skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
