Senior Food Safety Specialist


Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to oversee quality initiatives and ensure adherence to food safety standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily on-site inspections, supervising personal hygiene checks, and developing laboratory testing schedules. You will analyze test results, recommend corrective actions, and implement improvements to the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System. Additionally, you will collaborate with relevant departments, evaluate quality assurance records, and maintain alignment with industry best practices and regulatory changes.


Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Food Science or related field, have knowledge of SFA regulation, ISO 22000, and Halal/related standards. You should be able to multitask, work within timelines, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a proactive and meticulous work attitude.
