Procurement Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire procurement lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead our procurement function.
About this role:- To manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
- To maintain a supplier database and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- To negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- To identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to achieve them.
- Collate Purchase Requisitions for materials ordering;
- Issue PO to Supplier or Vendors;
- Review inventories according to orders required;
- Responsible for handling all IN/OUT bound documents and permits for overseas;
- Review Suppliers & Vendors deliveries against PO on daily Basis;
- Handle CN from Supplier;
- Work closely with accounts for financial management;
