Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate import/export documentation and procedures
  • Prepare shipping documents, including LC/Documentation/Bill of Lading/FTA Agreement
  • Provide customer support for shipments, advising on country-specific regulations
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams for export/import shipment preparation
  • Handle customer complaints or inquiries
  • Send necessary information and documentation to clients/agencies/shipping companies
  • Prepare profit and loss statements for each shipment
  • Maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferably with logistics/shipping/freight forwarding experience
