Airport Operations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned airport operations professional to oversee our airport activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and airport operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning staff schedules and relevant reports, re-deploying staff as needed, and ensuring that manpower requirements are met for all staff groups.
Key responsibilities include training new staff in the department, delivering product knowledge accurately, participating in daily operations, and possessing full knowledge of handling airport services.
The selected candidate will also manage inventory, stationery, and stocks for daily use, maintain records and accounts for all flights serviced and attended, and attend to vendors' queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
A key requirement for this role is the ability to work in a team environment and possess excellent customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent product knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
