Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead the development of our full-stack systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer who thrives on scale, loves coaching others, and wants to power the future of micromobility.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of frontend and backend technologies, including React, Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Java, AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities will include architecting, building, and maintaining full-stack systems, leading end-to-end RESTful API development, and driving CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
  • Deep expertise in frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and advanced JavaScript/TypeScript patterns
  • Solid mastery of backend languages and frameworks (Spring Boot, Java or equivalent)
  • Proven track record designing large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures
  • Extensive experience with both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) data modeling and optimization
  • Strong skills in RESTful API design, message streaming (Kafka), and search platforms (Elasticsearch)
  • Hands-on with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform) and infrastructure-as-code
  • Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS)
  • Demonstrated mastery of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps tooling
  • Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • A passion for mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy
