We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Manager to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum for our English language programs, ensuring that it aligns with the MOE guidelines and delivers a high-quality learning experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and assessments that meet the needs of our students and align with the MOE syllabus.
- Lead a team of writers and curriculum developers to ensure the timely and effective development of curriculum materials.
- Conduct regular reviews of the curriculum to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure that the curriculum is implemented effectively and that students receive a high-quality learning experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in English language education and incorporate best practices into the curriculum.
- Master's degree in English Language, English Language Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum planning, development, and implementation in an enrichment industry in Singapore.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a curriculum team.
- Strong knowledge of the MOE syllabus and curriculum guidelines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
