We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Academic Tutor to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you should have excellent teaching skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain a supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journey, providing personalized instruction, and promoting a culture of excellence. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience teaching Chemistry at IB, IGCSE, and/or MYP level, with a predicted score of >42 Points and 7 in Chemistry. Fresh IB graduates are welcome to apply. You will also be proficient in Chemistry and have a good attitude towards learning and improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your teaching skills, receive mentorship from senior tutors, and take ownership of your work. You will also improve your presentation and communication skills, and have a fulfilling mentoring experience that makes a difference in someone's life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide syllabus guidance, review of weak concepts, timed exam practices, and targeted homework and feedback to each student.
  • Create resources and tailor your teaching approach to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Conduct classes in a professional manner and ensure that teachings align consistently with our company's methodologies.
