The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works
- Prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients
- Monitor project costs including variation works
- Ensure workers adhere to health and safety regulations
- Project coordination and management
- Communication and liaison with stakeholders
- Cost control and monitoring
- Health and safety management
- At least 2 years of working experience with Main Contractor/Builder in the related field is required
- Good personality, responsible, able to meet deadlines, good team player
- Candidate must possess at least a professional degree certificate, diploma in construction management or equivalent
