About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned retail real estate leader to drive strategic growth in APAC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing region-wide strategies, leveraging consumer insights, competitive benchmarking, and feasibility studies to inform site selection and planning.

The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and deal execution track records, with established relationships with key landlords across APAC markets. They will also be able to influence and lead cross-organizational teams to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Regional Strategies: Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to develop and execute APAC retail real estate strategies that align with business goals.
  • Select and Plan Retail Sites: Utilize market research, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking to identify prime retail sites and develop comprehensive site plans.
  • Analyze Store Performance: Conduct regular store performance analyses to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Negotiate Lease Renewals and Termination Terms: Develop and negotiate lease renewal and termination terms that ensure alignment with financial and operational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in retail real estate, with significant exposure to APAC markets.
  • Relationship Building: Established relationships with key landlords and stakeholders across APAC markets.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and deal execution track record.
  • Ledership: Ability to influence and lead cross-organizational teams to drive business objectives.
